During 2021-22, Sing Inside's board of trustees formed our first three year strategy. This process involved three engagement workshops with volunteers; analysis of feedback we have received from people in prison and their response to the remote learning resources we provided during the Covid-19 pandemic; and a series of workshops with our board and executive team to scope organisational priorities and goals.

 

The strategy will run from April 2022 - March 2025 and aims to stabilise our operation model and secure a bright future for Sing Inside, as well as building new connections with people in prison and volunteers and supporting the recovery from Covid-19.
